The Scope of the Crisis
Human trafficking affects millions of children worldwide:
• An estimated 1 in 4 victims of modern slavery are children.
• Globally, up to 5 million children are forced into some form of labor or sexual exploitation.
• In the U.S. alone, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children reports hundreds of thousands of reports of child sexual exploitation each year.
These are not abstract numbers… they represent real boys and girls whose childhoods, self-worth, and well-beings are stolen.
A Biblical Mandate to Protect the Innocent
Scripture calls us repeatedly to stand for justice and defend those who cannot defend themselves:
“Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause.” — Isaiah 1:17
“Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me.” — Matthew 18:5
These verses remind us that God’s heart breaks for the oppressed, and He calls His people to be agents of rescue and restoration.
Why Teams and Law Enforcement Need Support
Front-line responders: specialty teams, prosecutors, and law enforcement units, are doing heroic work to locate victims, dismantle trafficking rings, and bring justice.
But these teams often operate with limited resources, both financially and in manpower.

• Support services for survivors, including counseling, shelter, and rehabilitation
