No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13, ESV)
Ever hear that “God won’t give you more than you can handle”?
Here’s what that’s talking about.
God has a plan for you. God loves you.
In order for us to grow, prove our loyalty, and not become complacent to the blessings of life, God will challenge us, let the devil tempt us, and let us use the free will he gave us.
Those things will bring temptations, sins, and dark days that will shake us and try to break us. But we must remember that God has our backs! Whatever we can find ourselves stumbling into in life, God can also give us the light to find our way out.
Trust in God. Don’t panick… pray!

Dear Lord, I thank you today for always being in my corner and cheering for me. Thank you for giving me the days of blessings, as well as the seasons of growth and change. Forgive me for the days I freeze in place in worry or fear, and please give me the strength to grow beyond the worry or stress and find ultimate unshakeable faith so I can walk closer to Christ than I currently do. Amen.
